Fleeing horrifying persecution in his homeland in Ghana, Korsah arrived in Toronto with no money, no friends, and no hope. His only possessions were the clothes he was wearing.
Alone and afraid, Korsah was directed to The Scott Mission. Here, he received a warm welcome that included a good meal, safe shelter, and the tools to help him find work, live independently, and start a new, joy-filled life in our community.
“I didn’t have anywhere to go,” Korsah says. “If not for The Scott Mission, I don’t know what would happen to me. The Scott Mission is my family.”
Your generous and compassionate support helped open Korsah’s heart to Christ, and has made a huge difference in his life. Thank you for helping to provide meals, clothing, shelter, spiritual healing, counselling, and more for men in need.HELP CHANGE LIVES IN 2017
